Mary Crowther-Alwyn - Remedial Massage & Craniosacral Therapy

Mary Crowther-Alwyn trained as a General Nurse with an additional  qualification in orthopaedics. She fully believes in integrated medicine using her present disciplines of Remedial Massage and Craniosacral Therapy as complementary,rather than an alternative to conventional medicine.
Remedial massage is a deep massage to bring about relief from discomfort rather than a 'feel good' massage. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle manipulation which is far more subtle than massage but tends to reach depths that massage cannot.
